Make sure your definitions on page 17 include the key words in purple: Organism – an individual thing Population – group of the same species that lives in one area Community – group of different species that lives in one area Ecosystem – community + nonliving things such as air, water, soil, rocks, climate, etc. Biome – global community of organisms characterized by climate and plant life
