NEXT STEPS How are all NCD Districts MAPS going to be implemented after working as teams during and after this NCD Retreat?

1. Every District Operational Team has or is working on a MAP. 2. Our Conference NCD team is challenging every NCD District to consider starting one new faith community every year. 3. One strategy in the D.O.T. parent MAP is to include planting New Faith Communities in their District.

4. This strategy to start a new NFC will become a key strategy in every child MAP of the District. 5. When you go back home, a process for every NCD District could be to ask members of the new NCD District team to work and write the specifics details of their MAPS.

QUESTIONS TO DEFINE NCD DISTRICT team priorities: a) Do you have any declining churches in growing, potential areas? b) Do you have churches with a significant/successful outreach? c) Is there a College or University Wesley Foundation with student leaders?

QUESTIONS TO DEFINE NCD DISTRICT team priorities: f) Are there any language/ethnic groups underserved? g) Are there any special interest groups underserved? h) Are there any churches that need to become a legacy church and be sold to help fund a new outreach ministry?

Questions to define NCD District team priorities: d) Are there any growing churches that could benefit from a multiplying strategy i.e. satellites? e) Are there any declining churches that could benefit from a healthy church nearby?
