ASC C63 SC2 Scope E3 Terminology Definitions Subcommittee 2 is responsible for developing, updating, and/or modifying definitions and terminology related to electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) including electromagnetic environmental effects (E3).  The subcommittee will also recommend and/or consider definitions for ratification and harmonization with the U.S. military and international standardization bodies as needed. The subcommittee will maintain ANSI ASC C63.14, “American National Standard, Dictionary of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) including Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3).” Back

C63 Newsletter Input Summary Report C63.14-20XX: The committee’s current objectives are to consolidate terminology from C63 published and draft standards, to review terminology from international standards, and to develop an informative annex of international terminology. SC2 WG1 has began the 5-year revision cycle for the next update. A draft informative annex containing EMC terms from the IEV Dictionary has been added to the draft. Back 8
