Foundational Scriptures Spiritual Warfare Foundational Scriptures Ephesians 6:12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Spiritual Warfare 2 Corinthians 10:4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 2 Corinthians 10:5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ Spiritual Warfare

Spiritual Warfare What does this mean? Satan know well that if e can control our thoughts, he can control our actions. WOW! Many of us have strongholds in your life that we must overcome - allow me to share this news with you God is on your side. Help me with this one. Spiritual Warfare If our thought have a great influence upon what we become, then how important is it that we think the right thought? We can not have a positive life with negative mind! Man has 2 parts A mind of the Flesh Vs the mind of the spirit I can not stress enough how important it is to get your mind upon God’s Word!

Let us take a look at the Word Spiritual Warfare Let us take a look at the Word 5For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. Your life can not get straight until you mind gets straight. Your priorities are what you believe is important.

Spiritual Warfare Trouble makes us change our priorities - Allow me to explain - I call it the Johnny problem Matt 12:33 Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or else make the tree bad and its fruit bad; for a tree is known by its fruit. This is a powerful verse - Jesus tells us that we have a choice! Thoughts bear fruit!

Spiritual Warfare This is something that takes sometimes years to accomplish, but what else do you have to do? How many of you, need to change your thinking? Well, what are you waiting for? No one can do it for you.

Spiritual Warfare You can look at someone’s attitude and determine what kind of thinking is occurring.

Proverbs 27:4 Wrath is cruel and anger a torrent, But who is able to stand before jealousy? Proverbs 27:5 Open rebuke is better Than love carefully concealed.
