Key Elements of Showcase Purposeful Learning – connected into an integrated whole - Connect > Reflect > Evidence Reflective Learning – strategic focus areas identified – showing breadth and depth of experience Evidence of learning – demonstrating outcomes, learning accomplishment, competencies.

What makes a good showcase? Goals: focused, realistically challenging, relevant and measurable     Experiences: vivid examples of personal growth, planned action executed   Reflection: self-understanding gained and ability to review the whole experience and share new insight   Well-organized artifacts: evidence showing one’s learning accomplishment
