Create your own city

You are going to create your own city! I have provided clip art that you may use, but feel free to use some of your own. What you need to do today and Tuesday: Choose at least 10 locations / stores for your city. Create roads to bring your city to life. There must be at least 4 intersections in your city. Name each of the roads (Calle, Avenida…). You may use the example as a guide, but you cannot duplicate it.

What you will need to do on Wednesday: During class on Wednesday I will call on each of you to show me the city that you have created. We will have a brief conversation about the places in your city. I will ask you to describe the location of 5 different places on your map. I will ask the questions in Spanish, and your answers should be in Spanish. You will be graded on both the map that you create and your ability to answer my questions. You may want to look over the location words (next to, to the left of…) on Tuesday night to help prepare yourself. Remember, say as much as you can in Spanish 
