Phenotype-an organism’s physical appearance, how it looks Example: the phenotype of a pea plant could be tall or short

Genotype-an organisms genetic makeup -Example: a possible genotype for a tall plant could be TT or Tt

Homozygous- an organism with two of the same alleles for a trait, Example- TT or tt TT is Homozygous Dominant tt is Homozygous Recessive Another way to say Homozygous is Purebred.

Heterozygous-an organism with two different alleles for a trait Example- Tt Another way to say Heterozygous is Hybrid.
