3a. Status of the 2012 interim report on the implementation of POM WGD meeting, 26 September 2012

Supporting documents and website Ressource page: http://icm.eionet.europa.eu/schemas/dir200060ec/resources2012/ Document No.0: Endorsed reporting sheets => form the basis of the reporting Document No.1: A user manual v2.0 => support the reporting workflow from database to upload of xml in Reportnet Document No.2: A User Guide to the WFD Reporting Schema v2.0 => show all elements of the xml schema incl. the structure and enumeration lists Helpdesk log – updated when issues needs to be shared Helpdesk: HelpdeskWFD@atkinsglobal.com

Access database Databases managed at RBD level Database structure supports the schema Data need to follow a certain order when database is populated Note: The table 'Attributes' must be filled with the required information in order to make the conversion tool generate the xml file.

Access database – Key Measures Reporting requirements are not the same for all the key type of measures and they are therefore grouped into 3 tables. Keywords are added to KeyTypeMeasure tables

Access database – pre-filled SupplementaryAddMeasureCode When CountryCode and RBDCode is reported in the Country table the pre-filled SupplementaryAddMeasureCode will be available in the IMP_SuppMeasuresArt11_4_5 table MeasureName and MeasureDescription only needs to be reported for new supplementary and/or additional measures. For pre-filled SupplementaryAddMeasureCode the MeasureName and MeasureDescription will not be visible in the database – but will be visible in the stylesheet and the final xml reporting.

Timeline Questions? EEA will add pre-defined RBD folders in CDR ASAP Reporting deadline: 22nd of December 2012 Questions?

Thank you Mette Wolstrup, Atkins Denmark (mette.wolstrup@atkinsglobal.com)
