Training is Your Chance and Get Trained Measures cover besides the training courses costs also a part of salary, social insurance and travel costs related to the training of the involved employees. Both measures are complementary to cover different situations of employers and their employees. Both measures launched in March, initial amount allocated incresead due to very high demand The total amount contributed is approx. 6 mld CZK (Exchange rate: 1 Euro = approx. 25,- CZK)
Training is Your Chance and Get Trained very high interest Training is your chance: more than 1800 applications, total amount 8,6 bil.CZK average amount 5 mil. CZK average number of staff involved: 140 227 projects selected, total amount 1 bil. CZK, support to approx. 30 000 employees Get trained!: (Phase I, Phase II) more than 6 400 applications, total amount 1,2 bil. CZK average amount 75 000 CZK average number of staff involved: 18 more than 4 000 contributions granted, total amount 0,7 bil., support to approx. 110 000 employees
Project RESTART implemented by Labour Offices preventive measures – employees at the risk of dimissal or with redundancy notice Allocation O,7 bil. CZK approved projects: 0,2 bil. CZK, support aimed at approx. 2350 employees Wide range of training programmes, counselling, job diagnostics
Project Anticipating Labour Market and Skills Needs prepared to be launched in December 09 duration 36 months amount 110 mil. CZK aims to build a functioning system of anticipation of skills needs and available labour force demanded by the labour market. outputs - projected skill needs at national, regional and sectoral level, based on the mathematical model.
Project Anticipating labour market and skills needs production of data to be used for employment and training recommendations and forecasting usage of all tools of active employment policy (requalifications, counselling etc.) and their optimalisation optimalisation of working mobility easy accessibility from educational system to the labour market support to decision making in the field of investment in human capital and education, a network of cooperating institutions will be created
