Single Points of Failure – as a result of this we may encounter further delays but this is mitigated by assigning TG and arrival of DF. Lack of Accreditation – as a result of which NHS Boards refuse to release data. Issues There are a range of open issues that are currently being worked that should be discussed off-line. Other Items David Fergusson has joined the project, will occupy senior supplier at board and also hold joint ownership of the technical workstream. Bob Sanders from EDINA has joined the project and will assist in the Service Presentation and Development workstream . Key Accomplishments This Period Project Board representation now in place for all Colleges and EPCC. Requirements drafted for review/response by technical team. Oscar Gomez from EPCC now assigned to project. 1st draft Technical work plan has been created and is currently being adjusted ahead of planning milestone. Service Presentation/Development is also in progress and should also be ready. Planned In The Next Period Initiate activity on technical workstream. Initiate activity on service presentation workstream. High level process definition ahead of SOP development.
