About Tatu’s recent work Tatu Anttila, Finnish Met Institute, R&D Focus on: Modeling aerosol processes related to new particle formation and sensitivity studies on their relative importance (Anttila & Kerminen, GRL, 2008) Understanding aerosol/cloud interactions on a subarctic background site (Anttila et al., ACPD, 2008) How important are the particle hygroscopicity and mixing state for the cloud nucleation ability of ambient particles? Work contains some modeling attempts, more detailed investigation is under way… Funding for the research provided by a personal research grant and FMI (-2010)
