Presentation transcript:

Trans-disciplinary, Immersive Learning Questions to Ponder:   How do you FEEL about trans-disciplinary collaboration? Immersive learning? Which course(s) could you attempt to make more trans-disciplinary? Which course(s) could you attempt to make more ‘immersive’? Who are faculty in other disciplines that you could approach? What are their interests (pedagogically, scholarly, etc.)? How could you better incorporate your community? How can your align/adapt your existing course objectives? What are some hurdles and/or hardships in course-or research-design? In what way(s) would students gain from trans-disciplinary collaboration? In what way(s) would YOU be able to gain from this collaboration? In what way(s) do you think YOUR PARTNER(s) could gain from this effort? What administrative challenges will you have to surmount? How could you begin to address these challenges?
