OHM’S LAW

What is ohm’s law? Ohm’s Law explains the relationship between voltage, current, and resistance Used by electricians, automotive technicians, stereo installers, etc.

CURRENT Current refers to the quantity of electrical flow.

VOLTAGE It is the push or pressure behind current flow through a circuit.

RESISTANCE Ex: filaments in lamps  Resistance is the material’s tendency to resist (go against) the current. Ex: filaments in lamps
