Members in Your Chapter? How many are presently certified? All others are certifiable!! How many are certifiable this year? Next year? Where are our members currently taking the preparation for certification? What are we doing to raise awareness of the importance of being certified? Become a Learning System Champion A Learning System Champion is a chapter that promotes SHRM Certification to their members 120+ Chapters were awarded 2014 Learning System Champion status last year 135 Chapters have earned 2015 Learning System Champion Status Recognition for your Chapter

State Council/Chapter Incentive Program State Councils will earn $10 for every SHRM National member in the state who is SHRM certified on December 31, 2015 Chapters will earn $20 for every SHRM National member in the chapter who is SHRM certified on December 31, 2015 Incentive program will continue in 2016 Payments will be made in January 2016 and January 2017 This Incentive Program aligns SHRM and its affiliates, encourages participation in the SHRM certification program, and compensates State Councils/Chapters for any revenue loss associated with decline in recertification activity related to the legacy certifications.
