COMMERCIAL DRIVERS COMMON HEALTH RISKS Smoking and tobacco use Overweight/Obesity Hypertension / High Blood Pressure Cardiovascular disease Poor Nutrition Alcohol, drugs, other chemical substances Lack of exercise Sleep Disorders (apnea, insomnia, and others) Stress and Anxiety
