Graduation Petition Paper form (online, A&R, Counseling) Submit to Admissions & Records (E-101) Deadlines Spring – February (ADT) / March Summer – July Fall – September (ADT) / October Recommended to meet with a counselor

When should you submit? Complete at least 30 units –or – One semester before completing: Associate Degree (AA, AS, AS-T, AA-T) Certification (CSU GE / IGETC) Certificate of Achievement or Proficiency Intend to participate in commencement (June)
