Build, Guide Practice, and Support Independence Freshman year- Building the skills. Sophomore and Junior Year-Guided practice of the skills. Senior Year- Independence and generalization in displaying the skills.

Bridge Program Framework Summer Before Freshman Year Character Reinforcement and School Connection Program with Mr. Rodriguez. - Reading and Writing Preparation with Mrs. Bhalla. Study Skills and Organization with Mrs. Benner. 2-3 Field Trips.

Bridge Student Graduates Freshman Year Upon finishing the summer program the Bridge Students will be Graduates of the Bridge Program. Goal setting and achievement planning. Accountability at home and at school. Diamond Bar Forum Individual or Small Group Intervention. Pathways Recruitment Reaching out to the future Bridge Students.
