CURRENT STATUS AND HRD REQUIRED UP TO 2020 Current status of nuclear power workforce is 300 staff with the different fields, including 80 staff of state management and regulatory body, and 220 staff of R&D and TSO.

Therefore, its has to get unified efforts of all Vietnamese agencies, institutions, organizations and effectively, timely receive international support of IAEA and nuclear states. + Capacity building has been recognized as important key point in the national nuclear program and should be fully developed. + E-learning is one of the best way to share the knowledge and experiences between organizations and universities.
