DRS 16 - 2014: Critical Infrastructure Protection topic 6: Improving the Aviation Security Chain The intent is to focus on security and safety both from the end-users’ and stakeholders’ point of views, take into account passengers’ experience and services, too, e.g. addressing security not only from the security management but also from the service design angle. new possibilities of screening passengers and cargo research on latest and/or possible new terrorist methods, possibilities on the use of big data on passengers (not only from authorities but also from e.g. from credit or loyalty cards companies), modeling suspicious behavior are needed.
