Highlight School of the Month The great things happening at West Jessamine High School has led them to being named Highlight School of the Month! This year has brought a renewed focus and innovation for student success and attendance! The attendance team is focusing on individual student connections through conferences, team meetings and home visits. Students who are working on improving attendance are celebrated for being at school! In addition to the individual student recognitions, teachers/staff are being recognized as well. WAY TO GO WJHS!! From the Desk of the DPP Month 3 District Attendance Winners NES 95.82% JCS Attendance Invitational In an effort to support good attendance between Thanksgiving and Christmas we are holding a new attendance challenge. Additional details are on the way via email. Attendance invitational will start on Monday, November 26th Round one of the Invitational will run Nov. 26th through Dec. 14th Winners from round one will advance to the final round Round two (final round) of the invitational will run Dec. 17th through Dec. 21st Winners will be announced over the break We will have an elementary winner and a secondary winner Grade levels that make it to the final round will receive doughnuts Grade levels that win the final round will receive ALE-8 and Snack Grade levels will be across the district not by school It is that time of year again and I need to hear from you. Your feedback is important to me as I am constantly working to improve our services to you at the school level. Please take a moment to complete this short survey.
