Hints on Exporting Data From HQ BOA Into Microsoft Excel

This is the normal BOA report format. If you want to put this into Excel, you need to export the data into excel

To export use the data cube icon It opens up the view window

You can open the data view from here as well

To export click export

If you want the current excel format use this selection

The first task is to tell BOA where to put your file After you click export it looks like this Browse to your PC’s hard drive

click network neighborhood

Then client network

Then client

Pick your hard drive C Drive is Client\C$

Find the folder you want to save the excel file in

1. Give the file a name 2. Click save

The screen looks like this C drive folder Export format Click ok

Finished

Open the sheet and it looks like this
