Please refer to the Math News Letter on how this topic will be taught. This can be found in their Math Folders or online on teacher website. I have also posted some helpful videos for review online. Topic C Quiz: Tuesday Study guides can be found in math folder. Science: Structure & Processes of Organisms Focus: Classifying Animals and Traits In class discoveries, online research, videos, experiments, and discussions. Science Test: Friday Study Guides can be found in folders. Animal Research Project due November 27th S.S. (BOTH CLASSES) This week we are learning about the Preamble to the Constitution. Students will have a mini-project/hwk assignment assigned on Wednesday and due on Friday for their weekly grade this week. They will need help from their families for this  Reading: Students took an “American Revolution” cold read test today. They will take the writing portion of this test tomorrow. This will count as their weekly test grade. A poetry test will be given after the holidays. Spelling: We are continuing unit 10 this week searching for and using words with the “or and au” sound that are spelled with or, au, augh, and ough. Students will not be tested on these words, nor will they have hwk on them this week. Writing: Our writing has increased to 2 paragraphs and students are doing great using the RACE strategy for each paragraph! ACHIEVE3000.com website: 10 or more activities with 75% or higher will be due Wed. Dec 19 and may done at school and at home-no limits this time! I am noticing that students have caught on and are already close to 10! Keep going!! Important Reminders Our field trip to The Otis House at Fairview Park will be this Thursday. Please dress accordingly, as lunch will be outside, weather permitting. Thank you to those who donated to our Gator Fest “Movie” themed basket. Our basket was THE BEST!
