Your digital footprint is what you leave online, from Instagram pictures, Facebook posts, or twitter tweets (or another form of social media). This is something most people have because social media is something enormous at the moment it can affect you in many more ways than: hateful comments or remarks, spam that annoys you, or just something you don’t want to see/hear.

You may have a sweet outside but online, you cant control it after its up on the internet.

The things you post online can have a huge affect on what you do in the future because if you wanted to go to a very high tech university, and they looked for you online and saw all your mean tweets, facebook posts and pictures from when you were younger

If you are afraid of this happening to you, you could think of some things to make sure it doesn’t.

One way you could make sure you don’t have anything bad on your profile is by making 2 different ones (this is very evil). This would allow you to make a good profile, to store all your good ideas or achievements, and another one for everyday life.

And FINALLY, THE BEST WAY TO KEEP YOUR FOOTPRINT CLEAN WOULD BE TO, THINK BEFORE YOU POST. JUST HONESTLY IF YOU THINK SOMETHING COULD BE LABLED OFFENSIVE, YOU SHOULDN’T POST IT TO TAINT YOUR FOOTPRINTS FOR THE MANAGERS TO SEE.
