Key Take-Aways PMIS is a standard system for managing project info and consistent workflows (i.e. Submittals, Documents, RFIs, Change Orders, etc.) PMIS is more than a Tririga replacement, it is a new way of doing business PMIS has the ability to improve processes and access to project information Go-live (required for all project starting design) is planned for Fall 2018 Regular PMIS communications via the Outreach Team, News & Views, and the PMIS section of the OPP Website Finally, this process will not be easy and there will be bumps in the road.
