Use data to plan future transit projects and coordinate with ecosystem of city stakeholders. Data can help inform employers to help optimize commutes to work. Access to Services Example: Optimizing services to serve resident life events can consolidate processes, like signing up for energy and water services through one city portal. Continue the process and ask “why?” three times for each cause area. 5 minutes Step Back Identify problems that your city can realistically address in the next 1-3 years.
