Maximising levels of employment Convergence with the national average for off-flow performance Getting 9 out of 10 people into work within 12 months Reducing youth unemployment through Youth Contract Delivering in partnership Aiming to be a world class provider of employment support

Reducing deprivation and poverty Delivering improved employment outcomes for IS and ESA claimants. Targeted support for claimants impacted by the Benefit Cap. Increased focus on our wards with the highest levels of deprivation.
