Click Classes
Click Add Class(es)
Give the class a name. Click Add this Class and Next if you have more classes. Click Add this class if there are no more classes to add
To add student information and make assignments, click on the class you wish to work with.
To set up the class, click Class Properties
Click Students to add students to your class
Click Enrollment
Check Students in your class When finished, click Enroll Selected Students
If you are finished adding students, click Done
To add a student not on the list, click Add New Students
Type the student information Type the student information. Give him/her the same password as username Click Cancel when finished.
Click Enroll selected Student(s)
If you are finished adding students, click Done. Click Student Properties to change the student’s password, correct spelling of name, etc.
To add an assignment, click on Assignments
Click Add
Give the assignment a name Add a note to students if necessary Click here to quickly go to a section
Click Done when finished Select as many assignments as you wish. Click Done when finished
Click the title of the assignment at the top of the list if the entire class is to do it. Click individuals if only certain students are doing the assignment When finished, click Done
Click Add to add another assignment. Click Modify to change the assignment. Click Give to return to the previous screen.
To print a class roster, select the class and click Reports.
Click Class Roster to view student information Click Class Roster to view student information. Print this out and cut into strips to give to students when first starting SkillsTutor.
You can print this list out and/or use it to check user passwords.
To view an assignment in advance to see if it is appropriate to your class’s needs, click View Activity
Click on a lesson to preview it
You can actually take the test or lesson.

Shows the status of all assignments given. Shows the status of what has been assigned and what has been taken.
