Where we are? 1 December 2008 : Memorandum of Understanding EUPAN/EIPA 2 May 2009: “Convention de Subvention” French Presidency/EIPA 3 June 2009 : Establishment of the joint Eupan website working party 4 July 2009: Launch of the restricted tender procedure 5 September 2009: Evaluation of the offers proposals www.eipa.eu

Tendering process June/July 2009 Request for proposal and terms of reference: done by the Eupan website working group composed by experts designated by the French/Czech/Swedish/Spanish Presidencies, EU Commission and Eipa July 2009 On 31 July the Request for Proposals was sent to six companies indicated by the members of the working group: Jouve (FR), Atolcd (FR), Cloud Nine (SE), Macron software (CZ), Bilbomatica (ES), Apogee (GR) September 2009 Two of the six companies have submitted a complete and valid proposal: Apogee (GR) and Bilbomatica (ES) Evaluation by the working group of the proposals received followed by a presentation of the offers done by the two tenderers www.eipa.eu

What’s Next? 1 2 3 4 5 Tender evaluation procedure completion Award notice and contract signature with the successful bidder 3 Appointment of national secondee as content administrator/manager 4 Start of the website development 5 December 2009 launch of the test version of the new website during the Swedish Presidency www.eipa.eu

Point of Attention : Content Administrator Selection Procedure Call for proposal for a national secondee Tasks Management of the site Inventory of documents and material Update databases and published material Connect with working groups, learning teams, national contact points Improve information flow within network A formal engagement by the DG’s on the appointment of the content administrator is a condition for the contract awarding and the start of the new website development www.eipa.eu
