CPCSC CORPORATE WELLNESS PROGRAM PRESENTED BY KEYANA WARREN, MSM Benefits coordinator

Purpose of Wellness Program The purpose of the corporate wellness program is to provide resources to CPCSC employees that will create a wellness atmosphere to encourage lifestyle changes for a healthy, fun, and productive workforce. Health and fitness programs benefit both the employee and employer; they lead to increased productivity, enhanced morale, lower health cost, and reduced absenteeism and presenteeism for the corporation. The U.S. Center of Disease Control and Prevention has found that healthier employees are less likely to call in sick, and are more innovative, collaborative, and engaged in the work place.

THIS IS YOUR WELLNESS PROGRAM! Our Commitment to You! Provide you with tools and resources to promote healthy behaviors Invest time and financial support for a successful wellness experience Support from leadership including Superintendent and Board of Education Open to your ideas and suggestions THIS IS YOUR WELLNESS PROGRAM!
