Mission The mission of the Systems Inventory Project is to keep an accurate account of the hardware and software used in a systems/networking laboratory. This inventory should also track the hardware and software configuration of this equipment for security purposes.

Project Goals Track the location, configuration and function of the hardware Track the location, user and support-life for all software licenses Support the input/modification of data Support the creation of reports Support a search capability
