Identify the Challenges Share out the main challenges you face with staffing. Guiding Question: What specific challenge(s) brought you to this session? Scribe the group questions, identify themes or similarities. 10 minutes
ideastorm In small groups of like settings, share out ideas on how to face the challenges with staffing. In small groups of unlike settings, share out and discuss how your ideas might work in another setting. Set up small group share, rotate groups (20 minutes)
Ideastorm: share out Any ah-ha’s? Elephants in the room? Share/scribe group share out, and identification of anything that was not brought up that remains a challenge
