Provide supporting facts for each message Never agree to an interview just to answer questions. ALWAYS HAVE AN AGENDA! Use the interview as the opportunity to deliver your 3 key messages. Insert your key messages early in the conversation, and as often as possible. You can repeat yourself by using different phrasing. Use language everyone understands.
