CHRISTMAS’ CAROL

A CHRISTMAS CAROL Hello, I am Scrooge. I am a business man. I am rich and I love money. I hate Christmas because on this day I do not make money.

At work… Scrooge is at work. His nephew comes. He wishes him: <<MERRY CHRISTMAS!>> Scrooge is very angry. His nephew goes out.

…at home Scrooge returns home. He hears strange noises. Marley’s ghost appears. Marley was his partner. He tells him that three ghosts will appear.

The first night Scrooge goes to sleep. At one o’clock the first spirit comes. They visit Scrooge’s past. Scrooge sees himself alone and sad.

The second night The second ghost comes. He shows Scrooge Bob’s house. Bob is Scrooge’s clerk. He sees Tiny Tim, Bob’s son. He is very ill. Scrooge becomes sad.

The third night The last ghost arrives. The ghost takes Scrooge to the future. They go to a cimitery. Scrooge sees his tomb. No one is around it. Also Tiny Tim is dead. Scrooge promises to change.

Christmas day The following morning, Scrooge goes to the city centre. He helps the poors, hugs the children and wishes everyone: «MERRY CHRISTMAS!»
