Opening The Software You will either login directly from you desktop or via the Citrix interface. Once logged in click on the ESTATE Manager icon.
The Login Screen After a short period the program will start and you may be presented with the login screen. If so:- First type your Username Then type your Password. Finally click the login button.
Find the Site & Blocks Screen Two ways - either From Data Entry Menu or From Main Property Database Screen
Find the Site & Blocks Screen From Data Entry Menu click Click on Sites & Building
Find the Site & Blocks Screen From Main Database Screen ‘Double-Click’ any of 4 top Blue Pick Boxes
Press the Add Record Button
Add Site Code After being prompted add a new Site Code This must be unique Then add the site name If Prompted, pick a security group you will only be able to pick a group to which you belong
Add additional blocks Once a Site is added you must enter details for at least one block Add any additional details especially the organisation (1) NHS Scotland Users need to populate Site Grouping (2) to ensure correct reporting If your system is set to use security groups you will be prompted to pick a security group as each block is added. More security groups can be added to each block as required Once all required changes have been made, close the Site Information screen
