Go through Cockshutt. Two miles after Cockshutt on the right hand side of the road is the small lay-by. If approaching from Shrewsbury, turn the vehicle around before parking (continue up the road to turning point – see map) so that students can disembark safely. There is also limited parking if you go into Cockshutt, almost immediately take the first right to English Frankton . Take the left (Crosemere Lane) at the Y junction. At mini cross-road go straight over. Continue down lane until past farms. Road peters out into farm track, continue until parking area is reached (SJ432300).
