GME SATELLITES Student Conference 2018 And the winners are….. On May 1, 2018, more than 100 students from Michigan & Ohio presented over 70 research projects at the GLOBE Mission EARTH SATELLITES Student conference at The University of Toledo’s Student Union. This conference, originally named SATELLITES: Students And Teachers Exploring Local Landscapes to Interpret The Earth from Space, has grown over the years. The speaker, John Moore from the Palmyra Cove Nature Center, showed students how their data can be visualized by using the app, HoloGlobe and Merge Data Cube.
