What is Relay and Why should I participate?

What is Relay? Creating a giant fundraiser Collaborating resources Raising money to help others with cancer Research, programs, lodging, camps… Ending with Relay for Life

How can I participate? Get a team of 4-14 people together: no more, no less. Decide on a team name and a captain. The first word of your team name must be “Unami.” Register online. Go to cbsd.org and click on Relay for Life.

What does a Team Captain do? Is Responsible and Organized Collects and turns in donations for the team Acts as a leader and motivator for the team

Team Name Rules Team name must: start with Unami not have any abbreviations not be unnecessarily long be easy to spell, and spelled properly be school appropriate Be creative and think about the cause you are helping!

Keep in Mind… Meet three deadlines: go to Relay. Miss just one deadline, and you will not be participating. Zero exceptions, including absence or vacation. Registration: by Feb 21th Chaperone List: April 24th $50 donation average per team member: May 14th Watch the scroll for bank days!
