Why Review our Service To ensure that adults with a disability who have been assessed as requiring day services have their needs met either within a day centre or day opportunities in local communities To address current capacity issues within day care now and for future provision To address current and future staffing requirements To ensure appropriate facilities are provided which are fit for purpose and meet service users needs To determine most appropriate service model for current and future service delivery
The Review will focus on the following key elements: Current and future profile of service users as per assessment of need Eligibility criteria for service for both statutory and independent Sector Estates and Environmental Issues Governance requirements Human Resource consideration Finance Value for Money Agreement on the future model for service delivery

Reporting Mechanisms Sub-group leads will report back to the Project Manager on a monthly basis Updates will be provided at Project Team Meetings Project Manager will provide monthly reports to the Project Owner on a monthly basis addressing Progress on the agreed work streams Key issues requiring action or resolution Communication issues Proposals for Action for the next 4 weeks
The Review will conclude by September 2018 with recommendations to SMT/Trust Board for the way forward Thank You!
