It offers hardware and the latest advances in network communications, integrated iRVision, and motion control functions. Additionally, FANUC has minimized the controller spacet, saving floor space for the manufacturer, or allowing the manufacturer to stack controllers for multi-robotic installations. The R-30iB Mate also has a cooling fan auto-stop that reduces power by switching off during breaks, a brake control function that reduces power through the automatic braking motor if the robot is idle for an elongated period of time, and a ROBOGUIDE power optimization function that minimizes power and optimizes energy savings for the consumer.
