Northern Surrey Hospital Benefit Supersite Visit www.mybensite.com/nhsc The Benefit Supersite is where you can locate your plan information to help you make informed benefit decisions. Choose ‘My Account’ to access your personal and benefit election information on the Employee Dashboard When ready to make your benefit elections, choose the ‘Enroll Now’ button and you will be directed to the Online Enrollment System

Employee Dashboard – Current Employees Choose to edit or select your benefits. To print or email a Benefit Confirmation Statement Choose to view your employee benefit details

Choose to make changes or select your benefit elections. Employee Dashboard – New Hire Employees Choose to view your employee benefit details, forms, and additional information. Choose to make changes or select your benefit elections.

For mid-year Qualified Life Events, once you choose ‘Select/Edit Your Benefits’ on Employee Dashboard page, you would select the ‘Reason for Update’ from the drop down menu and enter the date the life event occurred. New Hire employees will automatically be routed to the ‘New Hire’ elections upon choosing ‘Select/Edit Your Benefits’ from the Employee Dashboard page. During this Open Enrollment, you will automatically be routed to make your new plan year elections. Employees will navigate through the Online Enrollment system and progress will be reflected by the Icons in the Status Bar. The employee would choose their benefits within each step or ‘waive’ then select “Continue to Next Section”.

Once employees have completed all steps of the Online Enrollment system, employees should review their benefit elections then to complete the elections select ‘I have read and agree to these terms’ and ‘Continue’ to finalize the enrollment elections.

Key Enrollment Considerations: Employees can then choose to ‘Print/Download Summary’ or ‘Email Summary’ to obtain a Benefit Confirmation Statement. Key Enrollment Considerations: If an employee ‘times out’ or exits the system without finalizing their elections, the elections will not be saved and employee will have to start from beginning to choose benefit elections and agree to terms to finalize. When employees add dependents or beneficiary information, that will automatically update if the employee does or does not finalize their elections. If employee selects a benefit with message ‘EOI Required’, that means the employee has elected a benefit in excess of the CIGNA ‘Guarantee Issue’. The employee will need to download/print the EOI, complete the form & sign, then mail to CIGNA at the address indicated on EOI form.
