ICT impacts on Gov Coordination & Collaboration We can call them “reference disciplines”, major issues which inform the definition of research questions. The last issue comes from the bi-directional inflence between PA and ICT. IN the questionnaire and interview we will tru to assess also whether or not the ICT did modify the coordination among levels of gov.
