Introduction IFP conceptualized keeping in view the overall objective of enabling an inclusive Disinvestment ecosystem which: facilitates closer interaction amongst the Government, PSUs & the investors provides for investor feedback to help in better management of the Government investment in PSUs Provides for participation of all the constituents of the Disinvestment process to facilitate their engagement with the concerned parties in a more systematic and efficient manner Provides latest updates on the activities of the PSUs and includes investor presentations

How does it help the Disinvestment Ecosystem? Removes physical barriers for investors to interact with PSUs, Administrative Ministries and DIPAM Provides them with a one-stop shop for any information relating to PSUs, thereby enabling them to take well- informed decision Improves connectivity and confidence of investors Provides a monitoring tool to DIPAM for gauging efficacy of responses from PSUs & Administrative Ministries to investor requests in a transparent manner

Features for Investors in ‘Interactive Platform’ View (and express interest in participating in) upcoming investor meets of Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) of their interest which are in immediate Disinvestment pipeline Set up Meetings or Calls with the Management, Administrative Ministry, DIPAM & Investment Banker pertaining to any CPSE/PSB in immediate Disinvestment pipeline. They can also email them with their requirements. View/edit the status of such upcoming meetings/calls, including whether they have been confirmed by the requestee.
