J-4: JPM MMS Opportunity Description Contract Details Contracting Overview Additional Information Additional Details: The Joint Project Manager for Medical Modeling and Simulation (JPM MMS), Product Manager for Medical Simulation (PdM MedSim) has a requirement for the production and installation of a Medical Training Command and Control (MT-C2) capability in support of the fixed MSTC training platforms. The MT-C2 system supports the concept of a centralized training system control and management, data capture, and training feedback within the MSTC facilities by enabling training environment manipulation, medical scenario development and integration, manikin control, and audio video (AV) surveillance and recording. The MT-C2 system will create a standardized framework for all future equipment to be integrated with the fixed MSTC capabilities.
