Decision: Reject the Ho and accept the H1, which shows a significant relationship between polarization and employees morale in the organizations under consideration. H2.hypothesis two Calculated chi square value X2 is 18.850 > critical value5.02. Decision : Reject Ho and accept H1, which shows that there is a significant relationship between employee morale and demography in diversity management. Findings Polarization, Autonomy, Flexibility, Potency and Participation in a descending order of magnitude are dimensions of employee morale Demographic factors, socio-cultural factors and workplace management factors in a descending order of magnitude are dimensions of workplace diversity management Workplace Diversity Management had a positive effect on the polarization aspect of employee morale Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is usually related to sustainability. Green issues, use of resources and relationship with the environment are key in business environment. Implications The proper management of the differences and similarities in behaviour, attitude to work, culture and religion of the workers would make for an increase in morale and performance Planned and systematic recruitment, reward and promotion of a heterogeneous mix of employees would increase the disposition of workers to achieve the organizational objectives Efficient and effective management of personal characteristics of a congenial work group would go a long way to make the employees have a good mind set in an organization Understanding individual differences, along the dimensions of race, colour, gender, sexual orientation and socio-economic factors would make for clarity of goals and lead to improvement in organizational performance.
