GoAnimate For Schools

GoAnimate GoAnimate For Schools. Is an online video maker Is used by businesses to create advertisements Is available free for a two week trial period Has a version with reduced rates for teachers and for schools called: GoAnimate For Schools.

With GoAnimate you can create your own original videos: Choose backgrounds Choose characters Add characters Control the characters Make the characters act Make the characters speak Make the characters move – including walk off screen Add scenes Add props Add music Modify previous scenes Preview scenes Edit & update Save & share your video

Students can use this tool to create their own stories online. They can make up original stories to: Entertain Express themselves and their creativity Explain a recently learned concept Demonstrate knowledge They can present their animations in the classroom. They can share their animations with their friends.

Students can use GoAnimate in all subject areas in elementary & secondary education: To demonstrate historical events or present different cultures in Social Studies To explain concepts or demonstrate processes & computations in Math To write original stories or present research in Language Arts To demonstrate knowledge or results of experiments in Science To express themselves in Visual or Performing Arts To discuss rules and needed skills in Athletics As a creative expression in any subject

Tutorial for creating with GoAnimate

Step 1: Click on Make A Video Then Select a Theme Themes vary in amount of versatility

Step 2: Choose a background Or a scene

Step 3: Choose characters & props Add actions & expressions

Step 4: Add text And music Or sound effects If you wish

Step 5: Add actions & dialogue

Step 6: You can preview your video at any time.

Step 7: Save & Share When you have finished creating your video, you can name it, select a thumbnail, and save. You can still go back to edit. Then if you wish, you can share it with a group.
