Semester 1—DBQ ESSAY: NEOLITHIC REVOLUTION DIRECTIONS: Using AT LEAST FOUR documents, you are to write a well-organized essay that includes an introduction, several body paragraphs addressing the tasks below, and a conclusion.   Historical Context: The Neolithic Age was a major change in the way humans lived their lives. During the Paleolithic Age, humans were hunter-gatherers and nomads. As a result of the Neolithic Age, an excess of food supplies led to the growth of civilizations. Task: In a complete essay answer the following: Explain the changes in the lives of humans from the Paleolithic Age to the Neolithic Age. Discuss the effects (political, economic, and/or social) of the Neolithic Revolution.
