Our Goal Today To engage the community of practitioner and provider representatives in an active discussion To establish a process to develop a Standard of Ethics and Performance concept document for signatories to adopt To constitute a committee structure to develop the standard To consider strategies for review, certification and “enforcement” Elliot

What is Ethics and Performance in HR? Audience Question: What institutional structures exist today to assure buyers of HR services and technology of that their providers? What additional assurance could be provided by a standardized definition of ethics and performance? Elliot

The Value of Being “Certified” Audience Question Initial companies can become signatories, but how should providers be certified? How can the HRO Today Services and Technology Association ensure that the certification has value to prospective buyers of services and technology without creating an onerous and intrusive process? How Do We Get Started? Audience Question What is the best way to construct a credible working group to build the criteria and design a certification process?
