해조류의 처리 Wet milling of the seaweed is essential in order for the enzyme to get in contact with the substrate (seaweed). The ratio of seaweed and water must be so that it is possible to stir the mixture, and heat to the right temperature, adjust pH. Parameters during enzyme reaction: Temperature: T = 50°C Viscozyme: 1% of seaweed weight Celluclast: 1% of seaweed weight pH: pH = 4.5 (adjusted with HCL) Reaction time: t = 4-8 hours Substrate conc..: S = 3-10% if possible (3-10 gram seaweed in 100 g water)
