FROM CYCLING TO RUNNING ANALYSIS OF THE T2 FROM CYCLING TO RUNNING

About 500 meters before reaching the transition we must have increased the pace of pedaling facing the foot race sector. We unzipped our cycling shoes, and placed our feet on top of the slippers. Approximately 5 meters before the line where we are marked with the 'foot to ground' flag, we will pass a leg above / behind the saddle to stay on a pedal and then lower before the line.

We will race with the bike to our place of the box We will race with the bike to our place of the box. We put on the bike, we leave helmet, and we put the sneakers (that we will have them already prepared with the elastic bands to be able to put the foot fast and not having to tie cords).

We will run to the exit of the box, while we put the carrier forward.

WE HOPE YOU TRAIN VERY HARD! THANK YOU VERY MUCH! WE HOPE YOU TRAIN VERY HARD!
