Draft decision 3.6(2)/1 (RA III-17) Regional Association III (South America) decides to request the Secretary-General to scale up WMO support to strengthen the NMHSs infrastructure, capacity, and service delivery through: Establishment of effective partnerships, including with the Green Climate Fund (GCF), The World Bank (WB), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and other funding institutions; Increased efforts in diversifying WMO country support mechanisms, including the planned Country Support Initiative.
